The Kristallnacht Project - Putting the pieces back together

Educational Materials

Our educational materials for the Kristallnacht "Putting the Pieces Back Together" Project emphasize the concept of rebuilding after the destruction of Kristallnacht and the Holocaust.  The materials have a particular focus on the synagogues, especially the windows, destroyed during Kristallnacht.

Participants in the Putting the Pieces Back Together Project have the opportunity to learn about a synagogue that was rebuilt after the destruction of Kristallnacht, while literally putting glass or paper pieces together to create a beautiful piece of Judaic art.

Our materials are designed to supplement materials you may already be using for Holocaust remembrance events and are made available to you free of charge.
